Brick Bank Modular Building Instructions

Description

This model has an accurate front exterior, with inset windows and columns, as well as a detailed interior, featuring three floors. The floors are all removable from one another for easy access, and the whole thing is built on a 16×32 baseplate with technic bricks built in, so you can connect it to other modular buildings.

The first floor has a rug, couch, front desk, safe, and staircase. The rug comes out of the floor and has a secret compartment space below it. The staircase leads up to a functional stairwell on the second floor.

The second floor has a smaller desk and waiting area, as well as conference rooms. There are two of these, each accessible by an opening door and containing a table and two chairs, allowing your minifigures to discuss their financial quibbles in peace. The second floor stairs lead up to, you guessed it, the third floor. Woah.

The third floor is one big meeting room, having a long table complete with chairs and computers, so that the bank’s bigwigs and shareholders can do whatever it is that bank bigwigs and shareholders do.

As you may have determined from the various stairs, the whole model is connected by a functional stair and stairwell system. The whole interior can be easily viewed because of this build’s side wall-less design. If you want to you can easily build walls for this model, but they are not included because this way works better for display, and included side walls would require you to spend more money on basic bricks that would just end up hiding the cool interior anyway. But again, you can make your own side walls if you want. It will require slight modification to the side arches though.
